It is no secret that the latest few months have had a negative impact on all of us. I don’t want to be writing about it, but I might end up doing so anyway soon. Covid-19, no need to say more. The way the crisis have limited us with all its safety precautions (for example lock down etc) have not only limited our geographical movement. Which is travel. But also our mental state to a certain degree. Which can affect our creativity. This makes it difficult to write about my travels and my creative work. Since these activities are both temporary reduced for me. I have been doing quite a bit of exercising lately instead. Hance, the previous posts are about exercising. Using only your own body is a great way to be able to do exercise wherever you are. And that’s why I wanted to share those advices, although the topic is a little bit off for this kind of blog. Links to the posts where I share my way of exercise follows here:

Exercise is good for a lot of things. Not only your physical body but also your mental state. Apparently it is good for your creativity also. So, to have a routine of doing exercises like these ones, can benefit your creativity and be used even on a traveling foot. Here below is an article about why exercising can benefit you creativity.

Some of these body weight based exercised comes from yoga as you probably can see. Which is basically only a word for what you need to live healthy. Strength, fixability, breathing and meditation. Not to mention the effect that meditation have on your creativity and mind in general. But that is another topic.
