Drone footage from the Balearic Islands
Here below is the fifth and last part out of 5 drone videos I shot on Mallorca, Ibiza and Formentera in January 2020. Drone footage from the Balearic Islands which now are now traveling memories from out on the islands, before the Covid-19 pandemic broke loose. However, this is just the left over shots from the same takes as the other four videos of drone footage from the Balearic Islands.
How this video is differs from its precursors
Not sure how it comes that I made the decision in the first place to mix footage from all the different takes into all of the videos. The outcome is just that they ended up being way too similar. Next time I would like to try to cut it separately. But as I have mentioned before. These videos I make mostly as practice. I use the material I have to learn video editing. This final part could do well with a complete different way of editing. Because some of the critic I had from the previous videos with drone footage from the Balearic Islands, was that I have been using to many transitions, too bright colors and too pumping music. So in this video I have skipped all the transitions and effects. Regarding the music, I have chosen a track which is way more calm and relaxing.
