Stockholm

I eventually left Hong Kong, where I had enough of joy now for 6 months. I went back to my home country Sweden, to visit friends and family. It was 13 months ago last time. I figured I had to go back at some point soon anyway. So I’d prefer to see Sweden sooner rather than later, considering now when the season is still good. Sweden can have some pretty harsh winters. I haven’t seen a winter in years now and I want to keep it that way. It is lovely but I had enough of it previously. Anyways, I knew already before I arrived in Stockholm that it will be a short visit for me and that new adventures takes me somewhere ells pretty soon. A lot had changed since last time I was there. My father had moved in to another house. And so had one of my childhood friends. His kids had grown a lot. But apart from that everything was pretty much the same in my Sweden. There was a few improvements in every home I visited, of course. But that is for sure a lot of change in the area where it usually doesn’t happen that much. I went around to visit the people I know and had a pretty good time. I flew my drone a little bit now and then also.  The place I come from is about three hours from Stockholm. But I choose to post a picture I took in Stockholm. It is probably the most internationally known place in Sweden and it is the capital. This picture is taken from Gamla Stan (Old Town). At the heart of the central city of Stockholm. I like how much green and water we have in our capital. That is something which I would like to share. You can hardly believe that it is in fact the center of the biggest city of our country. Stockholm, Sweden.
