The most important reason why I exercise is to keep the pain away and for my wellbeing. One vital part of exercising for me in order to maintain those goals is the stretching. In my previous post I posted about a few stretching poses as well as some yoga poses and simple exercise. In this post I will post a few more stretches which I think is good for the back and legs.
Maybe I will add a few more to this post further on as well. But for now I just add these three.
This stretching exercise is good for the lower back. I usually start with this one in the series of these three.
This stretching is one of the best for the lower back. I stay in this position for 35 sekonds on each leg.
After these two stretching exercises above I alter straight to this one and hold it for about 25 seconds.
